The conference will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, at The Grand America Hotel, 555 South Main St., Salt Lake City, UT 84111
Invitational Travelers
Do not call the hotel for a reservation. Complete and return the Travel Planning Request Form. Please follow the instructions on the form.
Non-Invitational Travelers
Please make your room reservations directly ONLINE or by contacting the hotel at (800) 437-5288 and ask for the “National Bridge Preservation Partnership” block. The cut-off date for the reduced rate of $299/night is August 19, 2024.
Family and Guest Activities
Salt Lake City is a modern city with urban amenities including world-class arts and outdoor adventure and is set minutes away from spectacular mountains.
The conference will not be arranging a specific program of activities for guests of attendees. However, the conference organizers will work with The Grand America Hotel staff and other local resources to provide information on a variety of local attractions.
Note: the conference will provide an option for guests of attendees to attend the Monday and Wednesday evening receptions.
